First Armored Man
tenor
The two Armored Men guard the gates of the final trials of fire and water. Over an old chorale melody they proclaim that whoever overcomes the fear of death will be worthy of the light. The First Armored Man carries the tenor line of this extraordinary duet, Mozart's bow to Bach.
